Gerold Yzer founds the company and, with three employees, installs the first conveyor system for an international sporting goods manufacturer in Laakdal, Belgium. The reputation for clean work spreads quickly.
Contract for the conveyor systems of what was then Europe's largest parcel hub: after completion the facility handles up to 600,000 parcels per day.
Together with Ingrid and Manfred Yzer the second company is founded. Projects follow for major logistics and parcel service providers as well as international airports from Munich to Doha.
With GM conveyor systems LTD the group founds its own company for the British market.
