2. General
This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, tracking, analytics services or advertising tools. No personal data is processed for marketing purposes.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13-15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany, with servers located in Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (server log files), in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of the website). IP addresses are anonymised after 24 hours and server log files are deleted automatically after seven days at the latest. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Montserrat, Source Sans Pro) are hosted locally on the web server. When you visit the website, no connection to Google or other font providers is established and no data is transmitted to third parties.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (name, contact data, content of the enquiry) exclusively to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
There is no general contact form on this website.
6. Applications via the online form
You can apply to us via the application form on this website. In doing so, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, desired position, message) and the documents you upload (e.g. CV, certificates). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (conducting the application procedure).
Your application is transmitted exclusively by email to our office. Neither your details nor your documents are stored on the web server. To protect against automated misuse, a technical check value derived from your IP address (without any application data) is processed for a short time.
If you are hired, we transfer your documents to your personnel file. Otherwise, we delete your application data no later than six months after the application procedure has ended, unless you have expressly consented to longer retention for future positions.
Please note: email delivery is encrypted in transit, but not end-to-end. If you prefer not to use email, you can also send us your application by post.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Competent for us: the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstrasse 5, 30159 Hanover, Germany.
8. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption (recognisable by "https://" in the address bar). This prevents transmitted data from being read by third parties.
